By accessing or using Hope Institute's website and courses, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
2. Our Services
Hope Institute provides online education in Quran recitation, Arabic language, Arabic calligraphy, and English. Course content, schedules, and pricing are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Enrolment & Payments
Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of payment. Fees are non-refundable once a course has started, unless exceptional circumstances apply and are approved by Hope Institute.
4. Student Conduct
Students are expected to behave respectfully towards teachers and fellow learners. Hope Institute reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any abusive, disruptive, or dishonest behaviour.
5. Intellectual Property
All course materials, videos, and content are the exclusive property of Hope Institute. You may not copy, share, or redistribute any content without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
Hope Institute is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to services.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal action.

En accédant au site et aux cours de Hope Institute, vous acceptez les présentes Conditions d'Utilisation. Si vous n'êtes pas d'accord, veuillez ne pas utiliser notre plateforme.
2. Nos services
Hope Institute propose des cours en ligne de récitation du Coran, de langue arabe, de calligraphie arabe et d'anglais. Les contenus, horaires et tarifs peuvent être modifiés sans préavis.
3. Inscription & Paiement
L'inscription est confirmée à réception du paiement. Les frais ne sont pas remboursables une fois le cours commencé, sauf circonstances exceptionnelles approuvées par Hope Institute.
4. Conduite des étudiants
Les étudiants doivent se comporter avec respect envers les enseignants et les autres apprenants. Hope Institute se réserve le droit de suspendre ou de résilier l'accès en cas de comportement abusif, perturbateur ou malhonnête.
5. Propriété intellectuelle
Tous les supports de cours, vidéos et contenus sont la propriété exclusive de Hope Institute. Toute copie, partage ou redistribution sans autorisation écrite est interdite.
6. Limitation de responsabilité
Hope Institute ne saurait être tenu responsable de tout dommage indirect résultant de l'utilisation de la plateforme. Nous ne garantissons pas un accès ininterrompu aux services.
7. Droit applicable
Ces conditions sont régies par le droit applicable. Tout litige sera résolu par voie de négociation amiable avant toute action judiciaire formelle.

باستخدامك لموقع Hope Institute ودوراتها التعليمية، فإنك توافق على شروط الخدمة هذه. في حال عدم موافقتك، يرجى عدم استخدام منصتنا.
٢. خدماتنا
تقدّم Hope Institute تعليماً إلكترونياً في تلاوة القرآن الكريم، واللغة العربية، والخط العربي، واللغة الإنجليزية. قد تتغير المحتويات والمواعيد والأسعار دون إشعار مسبق.
٣. التسجيل والدفع
يُؤكَّد التسجيل عند استلام الدفع. الرسوم غير قابلة للاسترداد بعد بدء الدورة، إلا في الظروف الاستثنائية التي تُوافق عليها Hope Institute.
٤. سلوك الطلاب
يُتوقع من الطلاب احترام المعلمين وزملائهم. تحتفظ Hope Institute بالحق في تعليق الوصول أو إنهائه في حال أي سلوك مسيء أو مُخلّ أو غير أمين.
٥. الملكية الفكرية
جميع مواد الدورات والمقاطع المرئية والمحتوى ملكية حصرية لـ Hope Institute. يُحظر نسخ أي محتوى أو مشاركته أو إعادة توزيعه دون إذن كتابي.
٦. تحديد المسؤولية
لا تتحمّل Hope Institute المسؤولية عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة ناتجة عن استخدام المنصة، ولا تضمن الوصول المستمر إلى الخدمات.
٧. القانون المطبّق
تخضع هذه الشروط للقانون المعمول به. تُحلّ أي نزاعات عبر التفاوض الودّي قبل اتخاذ أي إجراءات قانونية رسمية.
